I met a Skull Orator down in the beginning of Soltown's catacombs. He tasked me with retrieving two items: A Bandit Leader's blue gem container and a Skeleton Prince's crystal phylactery. How I acquire both items is entirely up to me, as the Orator put it.
The Orator would not divulge why he needed these items, but he did give me a little background on the two key figures holding the items. The Skeleton Prince and his brood, cursed to everlasting undeath, are unusual in that they may not attack outsiders on sight. Conversely, the bandits are like all their kind: bad people waiting to be slaughtered for their misdeeds.
- NOTE: If you give the Blue Gem Container to the Skeleton Prince, this quest will then get marked as completed.
