Baroness Gianna Baden-Fox rules Etceter, and is a founding member of the Council of Might.
The Baroness had been beautiful in her youth, but had outlived her husband and raised five sons with an iron will and grown hard, giving her the nickname of the 'Bonesteel Baroness'. She was small, and preferred elegant dresses.
The original Baden-Fox founded Etceter as a haven for his pirate vessels, sailing just inside the edge of storms and raiding trade ships between the Longfall Peninsula, Elysium, and the Perennial Coast, before learning that trade was more profitable than piracy.
