The fake Avatar wasting time in the inn refused to help the Minister of the Hearth greet visitors. For someone so friendly, she's got a terrible ethic. She "delegated" the task to me. Frankly, I'm going to do it. It seems simple enough, and I was told there's some sort of compensation when the task is done. I just need to look for distracted visitors at the primary entrances to Port Harmony and tell them about the city. I imagine four meetings should be enough.
