Jarred is a former Bandit or Red Sash located outside the Braemar Inn and Tavern in the village of Braemar. He is very open about his days as a Red Sash and why he left.
Quest[edit]
He will give you the Dragonbone Dagger and ask for you to deliver it to Blackpond who can be found in Owl's Nest.
