Minerva is in a small, covered area in the central portion of towne. She is nearest to the South-East gate. Move NW and turn West (south-west) at the stone tower you will quickly approach. She can be hard to see due to the swept roofs of her camp. She is near a fire with a cauldron directly south of the Raconteur’s Respite Tavern with Innkeeper Darb Namnik. Minevra is associated with the Stone-Soup quest.
