Mystic Graff Gem is a remnant of a old quest item, that can still be found when mining the various crystal resource nodes in the Graff Gem Mines. The quest that used this item is no longer in the game, however you can sell these to NPC's for gold.

Mining the various Crystal Nodes in the Graff Gem Mines will occasionaly yield a Mystic Graff Gem.
Trivia[edit]
The removed old Storyline:
"Renton Graff, the lead engineer and foreman of the Graff Gem Mines, offered a bounty for any Mystic Graff Gems I could recover from within the mine."
This quest is no longer available.
Renton Graff now says, These mines contain special Mystic Graff Gems, that are crafted by our family into objects of magical artistry. I'm sure many merchants will pay you handsomely for them, even more that others that you may find. I no longer need them myself, as I already have shipped back far more than I can use.
