These can be obtained from the elves in the Understorm Gold Mine only if you have or completed The Last of the Order quest. The quest is given by Ariel Rosehaven and then you will need to speak to Isabel Spalding to be sent to find the armor pieces. You can continue to find these items on occasion from the elves in the Understorm Gold Mine, even if you have completed The Last of the Order quest.
Salvage
By destroying this item using a Tailoring Station and the Salvage Item recipe, you have a chance to obtain the following. If an item states specifically it has a pattern in the item description, the stated pattern will always be obtained:
