A ranged cone attack that strikes multiple targets with a wave of happy energy that applies a variety of effects and extra damage during daylight and also to undead.
Effect[edit]
- Range: 15
- Cooldown: 5 seconds
- −30% Fizzle Chance From Equipment
- 5 – 15 Sun Damage (estimate)× √(Rainbow Blast level / 40 + intelligence / 40) (estimate)
- 20% Chance to confuse for 15 seconds
- Lose 50 Focus
- +25% Magic Fizzle Chance for 15 seconds
Rainbow Blast level is the average of Douse and Solar Flare levels, rounded up. Increasing Rainbow Blast level raises the focus cost.
Water Attunement or Sun Attunement, whichever is higher, affects the damage.
Stacking glyphs improves the focus cost, damage, confusion duration, focus loss, and magic fizzle debuff and duration.
Limits[edit]
Rainbow Blast only affects targets facing the caster.
