I met an amiable kobold named Nach Blq making a home for himself on a small island in the middle of a lake in Highvale Outskirts. He said he had some strange information to give me about the human refugees in the monastery, but naturally I have to help him before he is willing to give me the information. My task - find an abandoned mine southeast from Nach's position, break down the rubble at the entrance, go through the mine until I get to some sort of ice barrier, use a frozen key on an ice stone to bring down the barrier, then sneak into the kobold camp to retrieve his magic book. Seems like a lot of work, but my alternative is to do a frontal assault on the kobold camp, and by myself, that might not be a wise decision. Plus, going the ice barrier way will give me some waterdrop golum allies to distract the kobolds, or so Nach says.
Tip[edit]
- In your compass and map will be 3 Blue Hourglass Markers.
- 1 of them named Find Mine Entrance. This will give you the location to search for the abandoned mine.
- 2 of them will be named Search Camp for Nach's Book. These will show you two areas where the book might be found.
