A little girl in Highvale Outskirts named Rebecca says everyone calls her Hyla. She asked me to find out what happened to her father, Michael. He's a leftenant in the Highvale guard. Evidently, Michael was sent to the southwest on a supply-gathering mission with Captain Burnes and other guards. I'll ask around to find some concrete evidence of Michael's whereabouts.
