Town Water lot

Town Water lot is a property that can be claimed, if unclaimed currently, and then can be used with any Town sized waterfront home or lesser. You can find various Town Water lots in Towns throughout New Britannia.

Claiming[edit]

To claim a Town Water lot, it will require a Town Water lot Property Deed, Keep Water lot Property Deed or Castle Town Water lot Property Deed that is for the specific town type the Town Water lot is located in.

Note: Only a home requiring a Town Water lot or lower maybe placed on a water lot.

Size[edit]

At 30 x 40 meters, there is ample room for a variety of homes, including the spacious Elven Three-Story w/ Dual Cabanas (Town Water Home) and Pirate Galleon (Town Water Home)!

Benefits[edit]

Having a permanent residence, a place to put down roots, to hang your helmet, to decorate to your taste, to invite your friends over to hang out.
Provides a location for you to have a vendor to sell your wares.
Provides a location to set up private crafting stations, saving you the trouble of visiting public crafting stations to produce your wares.
Plant your own gardens to grow whatever you need.
Dramatically increases your storage space. Your house can be filled with decorations, and you can place chests at your house to expand your player inventory.

Location[edit]

Town Water lots are located in Villages, Towns, and Cities. The highest density of Town Water lots would be in coastal towns.
