Pendro, the magic supplies merchant in Yew, is apparently familiar with curses and such. Sigrunn the seer wants me to consult with him as soon as I can and find out if a "northern curse" is responsible for the disappearances of those who sail north from Noreach.
- This quest can only be completed once you complete both Acquire a Rune Bag and Deliver Rune Bag quests from Pendro.
