Bag of Runestones is a Quest Item that is obtained from Skarde in Spindelskog (Normal) (however, you must first talk to Elder Bodil in Tanglemire to obtain the Get Bag of Runestones quest). You can only carry one of these at a time, and can receive one of these a day. This item is part of a Daily Quest.
