I met an elven refugee named Paeon. She asked me to search any vigilantes I come across for an elven betrothal band that belonged to her deceased companion. Evidently he was to present it to her, but the vigilante attack at their Blood River village thwarted that plan. She doesn't know which vigilante might have the band, but she is certain one of them has it.
