Increases success chance when fishing in fetid water.
This skill determines your base Fetid Water Fishing Level. You can add to your overall Fetid Water Fishing Level by using certain items (see Fetid Water Fishing Level for details). The higher your Fetid Water fishing level, the greater your chance of catching fish in Fetid Water (especially rare fish).
