Increases success chance when fishing in freshwater.
This skill determines your base Freshwater Fishing Level. You can add to your overall Freshwater Fishing Level by using certain items (see Freshwater Fishing Level for details). The higher your Freshwater fishing level, the greater your chance of catching fish in Freshwater (especially rare fish).
