Free Will is an effect that can only be found on the Ephemeral Amulet of Free Will.
The Free Will effect seems to increase the chance that you will be able to move when rooted or stunned. With the Amulet equipped, you are more likely to be able to move when rooted (such as by the Root spell or a spider web) and when stunned (such as by a skeleton's hammer or cultists shield bash).
Free Will may have other effects that are not known because testing of its effects has been limited.
