This Ephemeral Relic has a very low durability and cannot be repaired.
Where Found[edit]
This amulet only be obtained by hunting for treasure in a PVP zone using Treasure Maps. It only drops as loot occasionally from the "Cid, the Murderer" or "Retz, the Murderer" (mini-bosses that have a chance to appear in the last wave of creatures that spawn when you dig up a buried chest).
Effect[edit]
The Free Will effect seems to increase the chance that you will be able to move when rooted or stunned. With the Amulet equipped, you are more likely to be able to move when rooted (such as by the Root spell or a spider web) and when stunned (such as by a skeleton's hammer or cultists shield bash).
The amulet may have other effects that are not known because testing of its effects has been limited.
This item may be most useful for PVP battles.
