This is the second step in a 2 part series of quests that must be completed in order to learn the Summon Fire Elemental skill.
- Step 1: Kill Xavara and Take Its Ashes
- Step 2: Give Ashes to Martella
To start this series of quests, speak to Martella (who is the Master Trainer for Fire Magic in Desolis).
Step 1: Kill Xavara and Take Its Ashes[edit]
Martella will ask you to kill Xavara, the Fire Pillar (a mini-boss Fire Elemental in Nightshade Pass) and return with Xavara's ashes.
If you kill and loot Xavara, you will get the Ashes of Xavara quest item and the Give Ashes to Martella quest.
Step 2: Give Ashes to Martella[edit]
When you return to Martella and give her the Ashes of Xavara, she will allow you to acquire the Summon Fire Elemental skill.
Journal[edit]
I've defeated Xavara, the Fire Pillar, and collected her ashes. Now to return to Desolis, where I can give them to Martella in exchange for advanced training in fire magic.
