This is a Daily Quest.
If you speak to Shengtong (the Grill Chef) in Castle Atos, she will give you a list of Castle Atos Ingredients. You can only carry one list of Castle Atos Ingedients at a time. Retrieve these ingredients and them give them to either Shengtong (the Grill Chef) or to Stanslava (the Bakery Chef).
If you give the Castle Atos Ingredients list and the ingredients to either Shengtong or Stanslava, they will give you a reward of gold, experience points, and various cooking items.
During a certain season, Stanslava may also give a Pumpkin Pie deco item (presumably around November).
During a certain season, Shentong may also give a Glazed Grilled Carrots deco item.
It is unknown if your virtue is effected by which person you give the ingredients to; however, it seems possible that giving items to Shengtong may have a positive effect on your virtue and giving the ingredients to Stanslava may have a negative effect on your virtue.

The Castle Atos Bakery Chief is having trouble collecting some ingredients. She gave me a list of ingredients and asked me to get everything on the list for her. Apparently she is an award-winning chief. Perhaps the reward she offered will be substantial, or at least delicious.
