Grigor is a wary human standing at the western edge of Storms Reach near the entrance to the Understorm Gold Mine (Grigor is at location -179.694, 49.001, 462.779; see Location Track for detailed info about coordinates and how to display them).
The Cloth Robe of Truth can be obtained from Grigor if you complete his quest quest to Look for Evidence in Understorm Mine.
