Response From A Prisoner is a quest item used in the Deliver note to Middleman daily quest in the The Obsidian Panopticon.
The title to the letter and the letter itself are written in Runic. So, when you search for this item in your inventory, type "Response" in the search-box, and look for the yellow item with a runic title.
When you give this note to Max (Middleman), he will give you a reward of gold and 65,828 experience points (or 131,656 during double XP).
