Various members of the Wiki Staff have specific access permissions:
- Founder has the technical ability to perform special actions on the site and all user groups.
- Director (system operators) are editors who have been granted the ability to protect pages, edit protected pages, rename and delete pages, block user accounts and IP addresses, and use certain special tools.
- Strategist can edit, redirect, and move all unprotected pages. They also have access to global scripts and design pages.
- Archivist can edit, redirect, and move all unprotected pages. They also have access to additional semi-protected pages.
Editors who frequently contribute useful content to the site are often offered Trustworthy access. This is the first step to being granted access to protected pages and promoted to an Archivist or Strategist.
- Contributions to the SotA Wiki are all completely voluntary.
