Captain Kinsey said something about family heirlooms and thieves in the nearby swamp. I should talk to Corporal Heloise in the Solace Bridge Outskirts bivouac and talk to her about these heirlooms. Kinsey said she's on the opposite side of the bivouac, near the main cluster of tents.
- This quest is a quest that can sometimes be given by Captain Kinsey, if you have not yet received the quest Recover Heirlooms for Corporal Heloise yet.
