Powerful melee attack which strikes up to two targets. With Blade Specialization, Thrust also comes with a small chance to add a 5% heal reduction (the term "heal reduction" in the tool tip is called "Healing Modifier" on the thrust debuff icon that is applied to opponents).
Effect[edit]

- This skill can hit up to 2 targets if they are in range.
- Having Blade Specialization will add the chance to apply a 5% Healing Modifier to your opponent (i.e. a debuff that reduces the target's health regeneration by 5% for 30 seconds - see below). The healing modifier can stack up to 2 times on your opponent (for a maximum of 10% debuff at a given time). Note that this healing modifier debuff is additive with the Healing Modifier applied by Rend.
Healing Modifier[edit]
This is a debuff that has a chance to be placed on your opponent when you are specialized in blades and you land a thrust attack. The Healing Modifier debuff reduces an opponent's ability to regenerate health. If an opponent cannot regenerate health as fast, they can be killed more quickly. The healing modifier amount & duration can be seen by hovering your mouse over the "thrust" icon that appears under the opponent's health bar. The healing modifier debuff shows as a negative number (which means it is reducing the opponent's health regeneration). Neither the level of the Blade Specialization skill nor the level of the thrust skill alters the size or the duration of the healing debuff (the debuff is always 5% and always lasts 30 seconds). The healing modifier can stack up to 2 times on your opponent (for a maximum of 10% debuff at a given time). Although it has not yet been definitively proven, it is possible that a higher Blade Specialization may increase the chance that the 5% debuff is applied to the opponent. This healing modifier debuff is additive with the Healing Modifier applied by Rend.
