Bio
- Kismet founder and leader of the long time gaming team, Kismet, Ring of Destiny. He has played computer games since 1979 starting on Apple II & Commodore 64. Also playing other games, starting with “Adventure” on CompuServe (It was the first major commercial online service in the United States). His all time favorite game is Ultima IV - Quest of the Avatar (even over the modern games of today). He has also worked on designs for major game boxes and materials in his graphic design career spanning 25 years. Other actives include hosting “Lan” tournaments for various games in the 90’s, including Diablo, Decent, Unreal Tournament, Duke Nukem, Doom, plus many, many more.
Founding of Kismet, Ring of Destiny: Founded “Kismet, Ring of Destiny” in 2002 in Lineage One as a Brother team to Griffon Claw (run by Hesari), One Ring (Run by Destion) & the Ring Alliance. This would start a lifetime friendship between the “Three Princes”, Kismet, Hesrai & Destion. The team grew to over 200+ members and was the largest of the Ring Teams by far. Commanded massive battles with hundreds of players and dominated the US - Lands of Aden Server. Went on to Play World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online (Lifetime Member), Star Wars the Old Republic, Guild Wars 2 (currently our Primary game) and soon Star Citizen (Constellation Level Pledger) & Shroud of the Avatar (Patron level Pledger). Team uses “ROD” as a in-game short name in GW2.
Creation of Kismetbp.com Team Site Started team website in 2002 and has kept it running continuously since then. Recently updating the site to include one of the most complex and deep websites that displays all the years of our team history together (which is always a work in progress). Also producing team & game update Videos on YouTube. Plus adding live streaming of our team events on Live Stream via Twitch
