Phineas Drumplemouth, commander of the vigilantes in Bloodriver Outskirts, has volunteered me to extract the venom glands from a queen brown wolf spider that inhabits a cave way northeast of the elven refugee camp. The goal is to use the venom on the elven food supply, making them sick and weak for easy pickings.
- NOTE: After completing the Scalps for Vigilantes quest, while speaking to Phineas Drumplemouth, you must click the keyword stage two to receive this quest.
