Essence Phylactery is a quest item that can be obtained when you complete the Talk to the Orator quest, from the Orator in South Broken Road. You can only carry one of these items at a time.
- This item is specifically used on an Ice Monolith, located in Broken Echoes Silver Mine. If you have this item in your inventory, when you select the Ice Monolith, a force field will be disabled for a short while.
- If you use this item, but need another one, speak to the Orator in South Broken Road.
- Once you have the quest
