Orator is a friendly League of Skulls NPC you can meet near the entrance to the Broken Echoes Silver Mine in the South Broken Road.

What a dank and depressing area... Perfect for this test!

Lore[edit]

The Orators are the spokespersons for the League of Skulls. The Whiteguard believes they first appeared when the outlanders first flooded into Novia. The orators themselves seem harmless, but they are very interested in testing the virtues of new avatars.~ Whiteguard Mahrs

Quest/Output Overview:

  • After you have spoken to Whiteguard Mahrs to start his quest, saying help will give you the Disable Monolith to Collect Geisterseelen quest and an Essence Phylactery quest item. If you use your one Essence Phylactery but still have not completed his quest, speak to them again to receive another one.
