While visiting a dockside shop next to the Tavern of the South Wind, I met a grieving mother named Simone von Eglinger. She told me that an unknown archer is targeting the children of Ardoris when they are left alone outdoors. She believes that I may be able to discover who it is and stop them from killing again. I should try to uncover the identity of this archer for her.
