I spoke to the Orator and it seems that this whole judging thing is nothing more than a test for me, specifically for the Orator's group, the League of Skulls, to determine where my virtues align. To what end, I do not know.
Be that as it may, the Orator gave me a ledger of false misdealings that implicates Mayor Hinkley in thievery in stead of the accused. The League's desire is that I carry through with using the ledger against Mayor Hinkley, judging against him, and setting free the drunken accused. The Orator did not make it a demand, but he made it clear that the decision was mine to make. I don't know what outcome will come based on what I decide to do, so final judgement truly is up to me to decide.
