Minister Webb says her people have been trying to greet all the distracted visitors who arrive in Port Harmony, but lately there's more people arriving than that can meet with. She's tasked me with asking the so-called Avatar lounging in the inn to help her. Apparently, even Port Harmony's Minister of the Hearth can't recognize the real Avatar when she's talking to them.
