Warring Cities is the second age of New Britannia history.
- The second era, the Warring Cities. Before the titans, before the oracle, when we raised sword and spell against each other fighting for what little had been built. It was not our finest hour, and the kobolds are right to mock us for our legacy of that time.[1]
