From the Kobolds that inhabit the point of interest called Kobold Logging Outpost in South Boundless Forest. The Forest Mangler has a higher chance to drop from the Logging Camp Foreman (a miniboss Kobold).

From Storehouse Containers in Castle Atos, Mud, Port Graff, and Storms Reach.

Release Note Information on Forest Mangler[edit]

The kobold loggers in South Boundless Forest now have small chances to drop the Common Forest Mangler artifact which features the Forestry Gathering Time Bonus. The logging camp in South Boundless Forest now also features a Logging Camp Foreman with increased chances to drop the Forest Mangler. This T10 Logging Camp Foreman will only appear after considerable attempts to thin the Kobolds around the bunker.^[1]
