Kobold Essence is a raw material used with the Smelting skill. You use these essences to create Kobold Totems.
When one of these totems is placed in a Player Dungeon spawn room, the room will spawn Kobolds (see Player Dungeon page for details).
These essences drop as loot from Kobolds.
