Korabar is the Kobold King that can be found on the upper floors of the House of Korabar in the Caverns of Skrekk.

After giving the Diplomatic Note for Korabar to Krishach, when speaking to Korabar he will ask for the Baton Headpiece. Give that to him, then say the words rod, Demig, time for him to speak to continue to the next step.

After the battle between Lord Demig and the Kobold Champion has concluded, speak to Korabar. This will give you the Speak with Korabar quest.
