Mesmerize up to three targets in an area-of-effect. Duration increases when the moon is up. Lunar Specialization increases the radius of the spell.
Effect[edit]
- Range: 20
- Cooldown: 30 seconds
- 10% Chance to consume reagents
- Radius: 3+0.03 per Lunar Magic Mastery %, if Lunar Magic Specialization is training or maintaining
- 100% Chance to Mesmerize for 2.5 – 5.1 seconds+1% duration per Moon Beams level
- Increasing Moon Beams level raises the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
- Moon Attunement affects the chance to mesmerize and duration.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost and duration.
Trivia[edit]
- Prior to Release 20, this spell was called Moonlight Trance and was designed to increase focus regeneration in allies while decreasing enemy focus regeneration.
