Where Found[edit]
This recipe can only be obtained in The Rise, and drops as loot only from the Obsidian Elf Archmages and Obsidian Elf Warriors that are all in a small room just southwest of the Flesh Flayers (Location: 56.004, 25, 160.766; to get there, go to the rise shaft walkway where the troll is standing, then head through the south archway and head down the stairs).

When all the ingredients for the recipe are found, players can then craft a Revitalized Flesh Flayer Baby using an alchemical and magical procedure at their alchemy crafting station.[1]
