Tear of Sorrow is a Dread Artifact reagent item, used to activate the Heart of Sorrows unique power.
- When you complete The Path of Love main quest, the Oracle will give you one of these items, and also give you the words of power needed to activate the Heart of Sorrows.
- The Voice of the Heart Oracle Servitor located in the Sequanna Colossus can give you an additional Tear of Sorrow as long as you currently do not have one currently in your inventory. Obtaining this item from the Voice of the Heart will lower your virtue.
- You can carry as many of these items as you wish.
