Elixir of Dread is a Dread Artifact reagent item, used to activate the Scepter of Dread's unique power.
- When you complete The Path of Courage main quest, the Oracle will give you one of these items, and also give you the words of power needed to activate the Scepter of Dread.
- The Oracle Servitor located in the Grannus Colossus can give you an additional Elixir of Dread as long as you currently do not have one currently in your inventory. Obtaining this item from the Oracle Servitor will lower your virtue.
- You can carry as many of these items as you wish.
