Trade Avowal to Guild Registrar
Location: Port Harmony
NPCs: Guild Registrar
Quest Items: Avowel of the Hearth
Reward:
  • 25600 xp
  • Gold 1500
Description: I can trade this avowal to the Guild Registrar.
Related Quests: Last quest of the Bow to Minister series of linked quests.

If you have already completed the Bow to Minister, Talk to Minister of the Hearth, Ask Minister About Visitors, and Mention Visitors to "Avatar" quests, then you can start from this point and do the following steps as a Daily Quest:

  • Greet 4 Distracted Visitors - go around Port Harmony and Greet 4 distracted visitors and tell them one of the options listed (I think the option you chose can effect your avatar's virtue).
  • Tell Minister About Visitors - go to Verity Webb (the Minister of the Hearth) on the second floor of the Town Hall building, and tell the minister "visitor". The minister will give you an Avowel of the Hearth.
  • Trade Avowal to Guild Registrar - go downstairs to the Guide Register (Romina), tell her "avowel", and then give her the avowel. She will give you a reward of gold and 25,600 experience points (or 51,200 during double XP).

Journal[edit]

I met with several visitors to Port Harmony and summarized how life is like here, or at least how it seems to be. The Minister of the Hearth still thinks that fake Avatar and I are working together, but I won't push the point that we're not. Minister Webb gave me a scroll she called an Avowal of the Hearth and said I can exchange it for compensation with the Guild Registrar on the ground floor of their town hall. Also, the minister told me that each day she learns I've greeted four more visitors, she'll award me with a new avowal.
