Yew is an NPC Town.
- The Elven city of Yew has been shielded from outsiders by a nearly constant shroud of fog on the overworld that only clears during certain alignments of the heavenly bodies. The city itself is full of wonderful Elven architecture and because of the natural foggy defenses has never been fortified.[1]

Quests & Unique Items Available[edit]
- Acquire a Rune Bag - this is a Daily Quest. In order to obtain this quest, you must first speak to Sigrunn in Noreach and obtain the "Share Disappearance Details" quest (see Share Disappearance Details for a walk-through of these quests). As part of those quests Pendro, the Magic Supplies Merchant in Yew, will ask that you Acquire a Rune Bag. After you acquire the rune bag and give it to Pendro for the first time, you can continue to get the Rune Bag and give it to Pendro each day.
- Give Pendro a Survey Ticket - this is a Repeatable Quest. Speak to Pendro, the Magic Supplies Merchant in Yew.
- Recover 10 Micsere Ingots - this is a one-time quest that can be obtained from Micsere, a Blacksmith in Yew. This quest is the first step in obtaining the Plate Greaves of Courage.
- Eyeroll Emote - this emote can only be obtained in Yew by talking to Cavillatus, who is in a Hermit's Cave on the West side of the zone.

Public Workstations[edit]
Yew is an elven city built to fit into the forest. No trees are cut down to make place for houses but houses built to fit into and around the trees. Excessive logging like in human towns is shunned here. You will find no public Milling Station or Carpentry station in Yew.

- For Release 50 I have been hard at work on uncloning the town of Yew. Located in North Paladis the town of Yew will be shrouded along its perimeter with a dense fog. In designing Yew we wanted the town to be built around these giant hero trees, and from these trees we created a town that had its structures built around them, giving life to a new elven town…[2]
