  • On a moondial Daedalus is in the 1st position.

Object Tracking[edit]

  • These objects can be tracked with a Moondial, to determine their current position and which constellation they may be currently residing in.
  • Equipping an Astrolabe at night will allow you to see the constellations in the sky, and if any of these orbiting bodies are currently in a specific constellation.

Town Sieges of Patron Cities[edit]

  • When an orbital body is within a specific constellation, the Obsidian Cabalist related to the orbital body will lead a town siege in any Patron City that has a Devotional related to the constellation.

Town Sieges of Player Owned Towns[edit]

  • POT sieges work a little different: There was a problem where a POT was likely under siege if you placed all devotional types. The solution was to choose a "dominant devotional" on a periodic basis. If your town has the dominant devotional, it should be under siege. There is no user facing way to tell which is considered the dominant devotional, however, it cycles quickly through the day.[1]

Trivia[edit]

  • Astronomy & Calendar: The sky above is now filled with a full system of celestial mechanics, including 10 orbital bodies and a constellation-filled star field. All of these move independently and will generate phases, eclipses and multiple alignment events. These are all tied to a calendar that has a direct ratio to actual Earth time[2]
  • It's currently unknown who named all eight of these orbital bodies.
