This was the first clockwork dragon that was placed into the game. At that time, it was this only clockwork dragon, so there was no need to distinguish this clockwork dragon from any other. Therefore, it was given the name "clockwork dragon", and its silver color was not specified in the name (so far, the name has not been changed). So, the creature called "Clockwork Dragon" in game, is actually a silver clockwork dragon (and when you kill it, it can drop the Silver Clockwork Dragon Head).
