Lightning Storm summons a volatile cloud of highly charged Air which rains down lightning bolts on those caught inside it. Air specialization increases the duration of the spell.
Effect[edit]
- Cooldown: 20 seconds
- 50% Chance to consume reagents
- +45% Fizzle Chance From Equipment
- Radius: 12
- Duration: 10 seconds
- 2 - 4 Air Damage
- 33.3% Chance to stun for 1 second
(effect increases with skill)
- Increasing Lightning Storm level raises the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
