Makes target clumsy.
Effect[edit]
- Range: 20
- Cooldown: 30 seconds
- +25% Fizzle Chance From Equipment
- −10 Dexterity for 2 minutes−0.1 dexterity per Clumsy level
Clumsy level is the average of Juxtapose and Air's Embrace levels, rounded up. Increasing Clumsy level doesn't affect the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
Stacking glyphs improves the focus cost, dexterity debuff, and duration.
