This glyph will summon an Earth Elemental. Earth Magic Specialization increases the health, health regeneration, strength, damage, and resistance of the elemental. The attack of the Earth Elemental summons has a modest chance to stun its target for a short duration (note that this stun adds to a target's Resist Crowd Control, making the target more resistance to subsequent stuns).
