Ring of Death is an Artifact ring that increases Death Attunement.
Regarding modifications to artifact rings (such as the Ring of Death):
- Can be socketted with a non-imbued Jewel. For example, if you socket this ring with a Necromancy Jewel (Refined Gemstone), then you will add an additional +5 death attunement to the ring.
- Can be modified with Enchantment.
- Cannot be socketed with an Imbued Jewel.
- Cannot be Masterworked.
This item has five different tier types:
- Ring of Death, Common
- Ring of Death, Uncommon
- Ring of Death, Rare
- Ring of Death, Legendary
- Ring of Death, Epic

Note: for comparison, a crafted (non-artifact) metal ring will give +5 death attunement when socketted with a Necromancy Jewel (Refined Gemstone) and +12 death attunement when socketted an Imbued Necromancy Jewel.
Where Found[edit]
Ring of Death, Common can be obtained by completing one of the Daily Quests for Timothy the Enchanter and it has a chance to drop as loot from Skeleton Mages.

By destroying this item using a Blacksmithing Station and the Salvage Item recipe, you have a chance to obtain the following. If an item states specifically it has a pattern in the item description, the stated pattern will always be obtained:

The Imbued Jewel of Death Touch can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
