Cone of Cold
Creates an icy cone of frost in front of the caster which does a considerable amount of damage to opponents while also lowering their attack speed. Water Specialization increases the attack speed debuff and lowers the cooldown for the skill.
Douse
Removes a fire damage-over-time debuff & adds a fire damage resistance. Water Specialization increases the duration.
Ice Arrow
Ranged ice attack that will slow the target. Water Specialization adds a chance for a attack speed penalty to the attack.
Ice Field
Slow multiple targets in an area of effect chosen by the caster. Water Specialization increases the duration.
Ice Fist
Close range ice attack that will slow the target and lower their dexterity upon a successful hit. Water Specialization increases the dexterity debuff and adds a chance to apply an attack speed penalty.
Shield of Ice
Summons a shield of ice that increases water attunement and Damage Avoidance and Fire Resistance. Water Specialization increases the duration. This spell is considered a shield spell, and only one shield spell can be active at any given time.
Soothing Rain
Area of effect heal over time. Water Specialization adds a chance remove fire dots with each tick.

Blue Blooded
Increases water resistance which adds to the player's Water Attunement but only for the purpose of defense.
Fire Warding
Weakens attunement with the Fire tree while increasing the resistance to the Fire tree.
Icy Breath
Increases power and duration of slowing cold effects
Water Attunement
Increases the power of Water skills and resistance to negative Water effects. Attunement is increased by training active Water skills.
Water Magic Specialization
Water Magic Specialization is the devotion of one's self to the school of Water Magic. It increases the power of all Water magic while weakening your power and resistance to the opposing school of Fire. In addition to the attunement gain, the Water Specialization skill will impact each spell slightly in some matter. NOTE: Only one Specialization skill may be trained and one additional skill maintained at any given time or two may be set to maintain. Enabling training for a different specialization skill may set a specialization skill currently set to maintain to unlearn.
