By Order of Lord British we hereby recognize Dame Lori as the first official recipient of the Order of New Britannia Empire award! This award bears the New Britannia Coat of Arms and is given during a proclamation to address the outstanding contributions of exceptional members of our society.

  1. Dame Lori, January 23rd, 2014; for her work with the Runic Font that is used through the entire land of New Britannia and her contributions on her website forsakenvirtues.com.[1][2]
  2. Joe Garrity, January 23rd, 2014; for his work with the Origin Museum and unification of historical artifacts for the community.[1]
  3. Sir Frank, January 23rd, 2014; for his work with the College of Arms, making the first Shroud of the Avatar challenge coins, polo shirts, and other items.[1][2]
  4. The Space Bards (Dominic John & Dan Span), January 23rd, 2014; for their creation of original music and their contributions to the community.[1] (presented at the Festival of the Silver Serpent[3])
  5. Ember Isolte, March 26, 2014; for her work with the creation of original music for Shroud of the Avatar and her contributions to the community.[4]
  6. Holt Ironfell, March 26, 2014; for his work and leadership in the Poets' Circle and for directing the creation of original music for Shroud of the Avatar.[4]
  7. The Mad Hermit, March 26, 2014; for his work on creating videos on behalf of the backers to spread information and inspire the community. Presented by Lord British on April 4th 2015.[4]

Trivia

  • Originally, the medallion was silver, but it was revealed during the first New Britannian State of the Realm that it had been changed to gold with a colored sigil.
  • Duke Violation was the first player to receive the physical medallion and it was awarded to him in person at E3 2014 by Lord British and Darkstarr.
  • Sir Frank and Themo Lock each received the ONBE twice.
